After today's shooting session I wanna say it was moisture somehow trapped in the cases. Used the same cfe powder plus an other and not a single hiccup. Hopefully this problem is gone and now all I have to worry about is the crappy accuracy of my cast bator bullets, which I think has something to do with the lack of gas checks 
yeah I'm cheap and before shelling out coin for checks I'm gonna load up some enamel coated bators to see if that improves anything.
