Weird stuff, need infos...

5 years ago a friend of mine bought a Ruger SP 101 357 mag from a banner dealer, now the revolver was shipped all good.
After one year, the certificate had not arrive yet.

Last year i suggest to him to call Miramichi to ask for new certificates to replace the lost ones.
Well 3 certificates were sended not 4. Firearm bought honestly but no sign of it in the system. Anyone had this evenement happen to them.

Never had anything like that happen to me. Did he speak with the retailer?

I'm confused, he lost multiple certificates and they sent replacements for all but the revolver? Anyhow, I think they need to have the firearm verified and "re-register".

Obviously contacting the retailer is probably the best place to start.
