Weird to me coyote story.

my brother had the same thing happen about 6 years ago down by the Ram River....shot it at about 25 yards with a 7 Mag....I have pics here somewhere......strange occurance indeed...I think it had a lot to do with the fact that there was a cow elk kill about a hundred yards away from where he was sitting...we found it after the fact.
 
Had a similar experience couple seasons back...
Had my damn cat follow me one day, meowing steady, and was crossing a wide open field when a 'yote came out and approached to 25 yds before sitting down. I walked toward him...he'd trot back and sit again..... sure wanted that cat, I guess.
 
dmay,I have looked in the regulations and see nothing about using cats to hunt big game.do you know anything about the legalities of this?were do you find such a tiny tracking collar?
 
Can't use electronic game-callers in Alberta......so now I just tie Fluffy to a tree......perfectly legal......don't tell PETA:evil:
