Well am I pissed at WS sports in North Edmonton.

I was just in the WSS in GP yesterday and asked one of the guys if they had any side saddles for shotguns available (stock was all over the floor in differing states of being unpacked). . . he looked at me like I had grown a second head in front of him. Not to mention the slight head tilt like a dog gets when you make a funny sound.

Also, LordEvilPepper, is it worth putting in a resume and trying to pick up a few shifts out there? For another full time military member anyway.

Cabelas on the other hand have had the same 2 mini14's on their shelf all year.

HAHAHHAHAHA! Who tells the WSS employees things like this and why do they believe it?

Lord Evil Pepper, Please tell your co-workers to...well, nevermind I'd probably get an infraction or something.

Are you the same young Lad that told me recently that no store in all of Edmonton has any 7.62x39 either in commercial or milsup and that they haven't for about 6 months?

The issues that I have usually don't revolve around stock, it's about the A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E from those employees. As I said, with a counted 3 employees to 1 customer ratio, I was UNABLE to get any kind of service even when they are being paged by another employee to come help. When you do get 'help' they have such a bad attitude and are so filled with misinformation, you'd wish they didn't help...

I've never seen such poor employees at a Walmart or any other minimum wage job. There may be a good employee like Lordevilpepper, I really don't know.

I must not have run into him yet....

I asked Cabalas employees about the rugers, I was dumb founded that they had one for me to look at. we had a conversation about it, apparantly they just don't sell many ranch rifles
And no I have not told anyone edmonton have not had any 7.62 X 39 for 6 months, Since I bought some from Mil arm not that long ago. I don't think WSS has had it in 6 months lol.

The way I look at it, I'm there to work; And the point of my job is to help customers. I try not to stand around, there is always something to do, nuff said about that.

celtic1123 they are always looking for more employees, although you might be hard pressed to get a position on the gun counter as there is quite a few part time military staff already

Sometimes you gotta give these people s break...

Do you really think working the gun counter at some big box store was their first career choice..?

My recent "gun counter" experience include...

Shopping for a scope... The clerk opens ip the display case and hands me a scope. I pick it up and look through it to check out the reticle...

"Other way sir"

"What..?"

"Other way... You gotta turn it around".

"Why would I do that?"

"Oh... Yeah... Okay.. I see..."

Poor guy didn't know which end of the scope was which...

He also didn't know... Well... Anything about optics.

After I quit looking at scopes I was able to buy a rifle from the guy. The same rifle that two weeks previous he had told me they didn't have and wouldn't be getting because the manufacturer only shipped once per year bla bla bla...

After I say "I'll take it" he says he'll go get one out of the stock room that's boxed.
'Good thing I checked the box... Wrong rifle.. LoL

On the plus side... The rifle was $147 cheaper than anywhere else and I could just walk out the door with it... No shipping.

Take the good with the bad I guess.

Judging by your tone, I can't see why anybody would give you attitude....

Sounds like Regina ,the one guy there couldn't find his ass in a paper bag. Told one customer he would bore site his rifle ,I asked if they had a .284 arbor for a bore siter and all of a sudden he had a far away look in his face like a pig pissing in his chop and he walked away never did get an answer
