I think you are thinking of the Nylon 66 semi... the 12 is a bolt... jam-o-matic??? Not that I have ever heard of....

The shop said they would contact the original owner next week to see
if it is available, but usually these things get tucked away pretty good.

I had one exactly like that. Perfect condition but had quite a few misfires. Many thousands of rounds went through her over the years so got a new firing pin from Numrich and I worked like new again. A collector wanted it really bad so I let it go.
