Lost my final chance to get a Daniel Defense V5 today. By a couple of hours.

Waiting sucks lol. But it just goes to show that DD are doing things right and thier products sell well and quick. I don't think I'm going to be seeing a shipment of them come in any time soon. And if I do, I'll probably be late for it again haha.

For those who did recently buy (steal ;) ) the last of these fine rifles, I really hope you enjoy them :)

Why not buy other Ar15?
Stags arms is in stock at ArmsEast.
Core15 is in stock at wanstalls.

DD is a decent rifle, but expensive because of the rail. Other than that...DD are just like most manufacture out there.

DD is expensive....lol... Good god man.....If this thing stays the same way in the States you are in for a hard dose of reality my friend......


DD is the best deal going for a modern DI out there....
 
My advice would be to get onto the back order list at the importers to secure one from the next shipment before they are all spoken for.

My M4V5 should be arriving any day now!

I missed a deal by literally 3 minutes 2 weeks ago, and had to snatch up a different one.

How is DD the best deal?

I will admit, their quad rails are very light and good. But that is about it. The rest of the rifle is like most other middle priced Ar15.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll just have to wait and be patient.

I really do think DD is a top notch AR manufacturer and for the price, really, you just can't go wrong.

You can't smash a concrete block with your flash hider on a Stag Arms or Core15....
 
Thanks Blacksun, I am just REALLY impatient. I was sitting on the bench on getting the last couple that were left in country, and now I missed out. I emailed them but like I said, I think it will be a LONG time before we see these coming back into stock.

If anyone finds one, there is a reward available ;) PM me for details. Hunt high and low people lol!

And as for people who doubt DD quality then I'm sorry but i just disagree. The pricing and features you get are exactly what I'm looking for. I like them. :) obviously there is better out there. But I don't have a bank account in Switzerland so I won't buy them :)
