Now that's artistry! I think everybody's done that, but not so completely.
Chamfering and tiny bit of lube inside the neck will help prevent such in future.
You can buy special brush sets for inside lubrication, but somebody on this forum came up with a brilliant idea - a small jar of birdshot with a squirt of graphite powder in it. Shake it up to mix and then just push the necks of the cases into the birdshot to give a suitable amount of lube. Shake it again every so often to keep the graphite distributed.
