we went to the range and blasted some bowling pins

Pulled targets at MilCun for the precision rifle clinic. 400m movers, 300m agony snap.

Started with a trip to paintball with my son & daughter - had a blast, but got shot to pieces (hit 14 times in just over 3 hours - not a good day out).

Then off to my parents' to celebrate with my dad - a very refreshing swim in their pool (after the steamy indoor paintball session!), followed by a very nice dinner.

One of my best yet!
