I can't help it if you use words you don't mean to.

I was concerned that you had nephronia which is a serious complication to a urinary tract infection. STDs can enter the body through the urinary tract so when you said it was a "phenomena" I assumed you were having associated serious issues. How could I know you meant to say "pneumonia" the whole time? I mean - you said those words, not me. So that's hardly trolling, unless you meant yourself.
