Hey Kamlooky!

Enjoyed the pictures and commentary, as usual. Looks like you had a good time. Smart man to bring cookies. Mmm, cookies.

I can't address any of your questions about prints or the whereabouts of the blue canoe, but isn't the snake a common garter snake? Not poisonous, but if you pick them up they sometimes pee on you (childhood traumas revisited...oh why did the snake hate me when I just wanted to be friends???).

Good Looking pictures there Looky.
Nice A-5 too.
Was out last week with my buddy (photographer you see) and took some pics of a few Grouse taken with a SXS 20 .
Got a picture of a Hawk with a small rabbit too...haven't uploaded to pb yet either.
Somewhere near the Coq. summit??

Could be a gopher snake too, it's hard to tell without something in scale but I have a friend with a PHD in snakes and he just posted a picture of a gopher snake that looks exactly like that.

Hey Looky, I enjoyed that man, Thanks a lot for the pictures! really nice to see your country an surroundings! lovely Mule doe too!
never seen such foorptints in my life, if it were here its a darn big Wombat haha but looks like a Cat of some sort with the retracted Claws, the others with Claws to me would indicate baby bear?

I hope to see a lot more threads like this in the coming weeks/month while its hunting season, theres a lack of photos around the kill on the website an this is something else.

Is that an area which a Moose would like to spend a big of time in, that open kind of stuff around the lakes Edge?

Thanks mate!!

'Laddy ;)

for such a great thread, you didn't get many responses for contributing such a great set of pictures.

sigh

Keep it up Looky! I need more of this

Sure looks like you had a great day with a multitude of wildlife variety. Or like we say in NL - "sum day wha" :) great story and pictures. Not being familiar with cat tracs or wolverine tracks - but the paws seem like bear to me.
