Went to lunch, and stopped by my local gun shop to check on the status of my suppressor and they had a Spas12 they took in on trade. I've always wanted one and for the price I had to buy it. First thing to go is the homo flashlight.

It looks like some kind of army gun?

Seriously though, very nice.
At least we get 12.5" barrels for our 870's North of the border; I am picking my barrel up on Friday Woot! (but I'd trade it all in a second for that) ;)

Ugh, it's true! It must be really freakin' evil. Keep it away from children, pregnant women and old ladies.

Seriously though, you're lucky! Nice shotgun! Haha and you're right...you should definately get rid of that homo flashlight.

Light is coming off as we speak...... I always said to my friends when I get back to the states I'd buy one..... well I went to inquire about one, because they are kinda rare and in these parts I'd say they are very rare. And they actually had one. I've seen a few go for 1200 to 1700 US, and they wanted 800, I said I'll take it.

Also I fill out my paperwork for my surefire suppressor on saturday so its going to be a spendy week it looks like hahahaha.

Anyone know where i can find a manual for this gun online? The shop didn't have it. Thanks

What is your mag capacity? is it the 7 or 8 rounder? Have you checked the cyclic rate on it?

It is a very dependable shot gun. Franchi also has a top folding stock for it.

You know that you could manually cycle a round if it doesn't eject it on auto.

Well done very nice piece. :)

Well the pump action is very hard to pull back, i suspect it needs a good cleaning. Looks like its been sitting for a while, lots of dust and a lil bit of surface rust. Sucks it didn't come with a manual so Im going to either have to buy one or hopefully find one online to download. Im taking it back to the shop to see if they can clean it for me. I dont even know how to switch it from pump to semi auto! ahhahah I tired messing with it a bit but its so freaking cold out that I couldn't feel my hands after 10 min. So I just shot it in pump mode, but it was so sticky/dirty I couldn't get enough speed when pulling it back to eject the round. We'll see how it goes after I get it cleaned. But either way Im pumped (bad pun).

Cool looking gun but there is just too many buttons and such. The good thing is if it jams up and you're trying to figure out how to go from pump to auto you can always beat someone to death easily with it.
