Yes. I can't use the phone at work due to internal regulations, so I'm communicating via e-mail mostly. Holy, freaking cow...I've lost my composure due to total lack of communication on Dlask's side and asked them to cancel my order. That was enough for them to actually start treating me like a customer. I wasn't wasting their time with any questions - I just placed an order. So it's not like they not read the emails. They just don't feel obligated to answer them. Everything after that went smooth and I'm very happy with their product.
