yikes might be cheaper to shoot something else soon
It is based on demand. They US is paying a high price, so it drives up the price to other customers. Very little to do with metal prices as they have fallen recently.I don't see how they can try to up the prices citing the current cost of the metals when the last case of the stuff I got was probably 20-30 years old...

A lot of people think Chinese ammo is still cheap. Not anymore. They are roughly the same as Central Europe for the common calibers. Back in the day there were 40 factories pumping out ammo for the US/world market, now there are 4.So lets get some chinese ammo, they can't have it, so they are not going to compete for it right ??
Probably not that simple huh![]()
Unfortunately not any more. Especially Germany as each cartridge must be marked with the calibre.Last Summer I did some checking and the ammo in question sells for approx $20 per crate in Germany, and $35 - $45 per crate in CZ (Canadian prices), and there are many other places in Europe with this stuff for sale (and no I'm not telling)

I don't believe it is approved yet. Also, even US dealers are having trouble keeping it in stock. Why is no one importing Wolf?
