well, no time this month to host a clinic, just too darn busy.
So, without further delay, this officially announces the next gathering of the West Coast M14 Support Group, at our "top secret bunker" located in Langley, B.C.
Past attendees are more than welcome to come on out again. I will have to limit this to 12 , so please POST HERE .... AND P.M. me your confirmation
I will need from you:
your handle, full name and phone number and your name will be added to the list below. I handle a crap load of messages daily so please bear with me if i don't reply for a day or so. Final details and directions will go out to those on the confirmed list, once the list is full.
This will be a general get to know your norinco m14s or sproingield M1A and learn how to lube, safety check and general user friendly tweak tune and maintainance. ALL members of the .30 cal service rifle series of firearms are welcome at our clinics. I love seeing guy's bring thier garands and such for show n tell
We will also cover bolt timing and lug bearing, firing pin protrusion, headspace verification, trigger group funtion check, oprod to gas piston timing, gas cylinder to gas port alignment and barrel indexing .... just to name a few
please bring punches, rubber mallet, any m14 tools or cleaning stuff, literature pertaining to your rifle, gas assembly shims if you have em, and any other tools, gizmos or accessories you have for your M14.
A folding chair is a good idea, a notepad and pen and a camera if you like but please ask permisssion from members before snapping away. We do frequently have military and LEO's take advantage of the clinic as well.
Munchies and refreshments are optional but always welcome
