I would love to drop in. I will do my best to make it there.
I acquired a M1A last summer and only had chance to take it out once and would love to learn.

Hey 45ACPKING are we going to go over how to properly remove the flash hidder from our M14? Just got a trigicon front site and I am turning into a little kid waiting for christmass to put it on!
:runaway:
Also are we going to need to bring money for you buddy the welder to fix our gas systems?
Oh ya, everyone that is attending this clinic I will be bringing tim hortons coffie & donut's for our sugar fix in the morning.

I second that! Thank's to everyone who showed up and helped us out. Also to the wife behind the scene that allowed us to make a mess of her house. Now who took the pics of all the ###y rifles on the table? We got to show the rest of the "Redneck with Rifle's" how we made them "PING"!

I'd like to thank 45ACPKING, POWMIA56, and all the other attendees who helped fill my head with good info.

Hey, Satain, could you pm me the contact info for that scope mount? I'm eager to try some glass on my M14's...

Also, here's the poor quality photo that I took of the tables full of rifles. As you should be able to tell from the photo, my hands are not always as steady as I'd like, and my shooting accuracy reflects that fact;-)

But, if any of you have other photo's, I'd love to have copies...

Also, for any of you who didn't write down the names of the recommended books, here are some links to the photo's I took of those recommended books.

Good books guys.Hit up Ebay for em.You'll never be let down when you attend the Wet Coast Clinic or Hungrys Hoe Down (you'll be dancing around all the rifles that are being worked on cuz the clinics are filled to room capacity)

Good clinic and it was great meeting some new M14 shooters. Now after my preaching are you guys going to come out to service rifle with you're newly tuned sticks

As it turns out my stick headspaced at 1.635 - just ask Tom, I was not impressed...actually I was quite upset :puke:

I built the rifle to compete with so we cut the chamber with a Clymer .308 match to 1.630 headspace. WHERE THE HELL DID I GET 5 THOU FROM???? :bangHead:

Tom you and me are going to be doing some custom building soon...talk to you later about it

Ante

todays clinic was the longest on record...... I was still match conditioning rifles as of 10:00 pm hehehehe

had a blast today, you guys ALL made for great house guests.
Ante..... we should cast that chamber of yours..... i'm guessing the headpace in your rifle has grown since it was built.... and we are gonna find that extra headpspace is in the chamber........

thanx for all the fun today guys

As usual it was great. Almost an embarrassment of riches. Two more guys showed up with pretty extensive knowledge AND toolboxes full of tools. I love it! Wish I could remember your names but thanks for helping spread the knowledge.

Now if only we could get clinics going in the US. Hmmm.
