I have been waiting for Western Metal to ship me a magazine for more than three weeks now, has anyone else have had similar experiences? Did they ever ship, if so how long did they take? I have tried to contact them last Friday, but so far just crickets from them. They took my payment on April 14. If I had known how long it would take I would have ordered from someone else. They had been recommended by a friend.
 
Another day, another day without communication….. i am going to cancel my order. I need the magazine for a bear hunt on the long weekend.
 
I've ordered from them several times now and have noticed service is getting slower and slower. Even times for orders being picked up at the store are getting long. I ordered a reloading die that sat as "order being picked" in my account, for over a couple weeks. A few days after i emailed i was contacted saying that it had been sitting at the store for two weeks but they made a mistake and didn't contact me for pick up. Mistakes happen and I'm ok with that but slow mailing/pick up times coupled with errors starts to add up to "buying elsewhere". They need to figure it out
 
I was not able to cancel my Western Metals order. But I did order another mag from Tiger Arms. Western Metals order placed April 15, arrived May 9. Tiger Arms ordered May 7, arrived May 9. Kudos to Tiger Arms, brickbats to Western Metals.
 
I ordered a bullet mold, and had it marked for store pick up. When I went to pick it up, the quantity had changed to 2? I told them I only ordered one. They charged me a restocking fee for the second one.... First & last order.
