I bought mine from Westrifle, and am very happy with it. It shipped to Alberta in under a week and I liked that I could select it based on year, serial # and condition using the photos on their site. All around good experience!!

Bought one from Weimajack as a gift for a family member about a week before this last Christmas. They made sure it arrived in time, well packed, and well priced. I haven't dealt with Westrifle but had a great experience with Weimajack and you get to pick the exact one you would like from the pics.

Not Westrifle. I ordered 3 for with the requirement that they have chrome bayos. All 3 had matte grey bayos and were not in the best cosmetic shape as far as the bluing.

My suggestion is to buy local (pick out a nice one) or buy one of the EE with lots of pics and from a seller with a high trader rating.

get one from tradex for 165 and you will save money and get an awsome rifle as well ,i got one of those unissued ones from them ,BEAUTIFUL

I don't understand why you would pay a premium for an sks. No matter what you do it's an sks. Buy a cheap one beat the crap out of it and buy another for $200.

Bought a 1949 sks from Westrifle 2 weeks ago received it in one week to Alta gun looked good in pictures,very happy when I unpacked it the pictures did not do it justice.

Had the same experience with my recent purchase from westrifle. After some emails back and fourth, Al was VERY quick to reply by the way, I made my order. On arrival I was blown away.. Pictures didn't do it justice at all. Beautifull rifle and A+ service.

I bought my SKS from Lever, but I wish I hadn't. Nothing wrong with the rifle, but I got screwed on the ammo.

From all I heard about SKS rifles from Westrifle, I would buy one from them just to keep as a collector's piece.
