There is no real damage on the rifle. I think its just a pretent not to refund my money.

There are always two sides to every story but you sound pretty credible.
If you look at any high end e-commerce site they always have terms and conditions for the sales and shipping of their products, this site does not. For a vendor to say send the product back for a refund and then say there will be a 20% charge after the fact, this is not acceptable,once again two sides to every story.

CGN is a privately owned internet forum. And in Canada, a privately owned internet forum can ban, lock, punt, kick, ect. whoever/whatever they want.
