Interesting. Can you elaborate on your instructors pedigree? Any Military or LEO background, et cetera? What is the focus of the basic pistol course?

What are your instructors backgrounds?

Hey guys,

Thanks for your interest,

Our instructors are all military background, with some still serving. All have at least 15 years military experience and a minimum of two operational tours. They are also qualified military instructors. Having said that, our focus is not use of force style training. We are focused on the fundamentals. We want to help people shoot well, be safe in everything they do and enjoy the sport.

We have all been instructing in the military for many years but this our first year as a commercial business. I figured we all love to shoot, we all love to teach, why not take the big leap and move over to the civilian world. It's been very interesting so far. I'm amazed at the variety of people that are interested in shooting sports. It's great, and so far it's been an extremely positive experience.

Our focus for the basic courses is safety first, mechanics of operation, weapons handling, position and hold, IA/stoppage drills and sight/recoil management.
