What’s a 14” norinco barrel worth

I have a 14 year old 14” norinco barrel that’s in great shape that I don’t need anymore

Originally came with the hp9 870 clone and have had it on my wingmaster for a while.

I managed to locate a LH 870 so I’m selling my regular 870 stuff

I never cared for the parkerizing on it so It got painted matte black over a decade ago and still looks new

Not sure how much I should be asking for it

Thanks
Jeff

Hmm.

Ok well the whole Hp9 used to sell for dirt cheap didnt they? Like $200 ?

Then around 2013 Chinese short barrels around 12" like on the Grizzly seemed to sell for $125-ish. Which was roughly what CanAm were selling for when brand new. Keep in mind though, Grizzly were a $300 shotgun where the HP9 was about a $200 gun (roughly, seem to think they varried from $170-230?)

I'm inclined to suggest a low of $80 but no higher than $130, as the painting of it may reduce its value in some people's eyes. But others won't care about the paint.

Then there is the other factors: genuine Remington 14" barrels were going for abt $150 two years ago. Also, used Remington made barrels of a more "normal" length were hovering about there too, from $100-140.
Now try to factor in the availability of legal (meaning factory made, not hacksaw illegal) short barrels like that today... if no one is selling any, the price might climb and still seem reasonable to a buyer.

Please use this as only a suggestion or guideline, not gospel. Ultimately, you pick the price and when someone says "I'll take it!", then you'll know what its really worth!
Hope this helps!
