The markings are on the left side of the receiver hidden under the scope mount. Stock looks like it was redone. This is my / rifle.

At that price it would be a shame to pass up, I owned a 325 which was a predecessor to the 340 and it was a neat little gun. I think I paid $250 for it and sold it for the same.

Mine is great with white box Winchester 150 grain ammo. Have so many so called rifles and take my Savage instead.

I have a 325 and 340. 340 hasn’t a bolt. I like taking the 325 out when I have a 30-30 day.

That'd be a heck of a deal!

Had one for awhile, refinished the stock a little, but wasn't in love with the magazine insertion and trigger. And didn't care for the safety much, but it was a decent little shooter.

It's a bolt action, but not considered very strong, so don't hot rod it. They also came in .222 Rem, too.
