What’s up with the waltherG22 Bullpup?

The barrelled action is NR, but the stock is prohib, so the FRT has a not regarding this and lists the whole gun as prohib. Same as the hi-point.

Actually, it is a good question...but a better set of questions would be:

Have any owners gotten a cert yet?
Did they create a new 12(X) for these owners?
Being it's prohib, who can they sell thier legally boughten property to?
To another 12(?) owner?
Being as no SAP's eliminate using anything but 12(6) and (7) at the range, can they legally shoot them?

Anybody know? "Causee I sure as hell can't figure this one out. Between this and the GSG-5, the mounties are certainly turning the FA into a clusterfukc of epic proportions.

And for the record: The G22 CAN NOT be shot without the stock in place, as the recoil spring would shoot right out the back of the action (It's retained by the stock)
Just this fact alone should qualify the G22 as a non-prohib according to their own rules.

I just don't get how the very people who are there to enforce the laws as set out in parliment, by an ELECTED government, can get away with just ignoring the ones they don't like......?:

If the RCMP is reading this:

The GSG- Not, never was, and never will be an "MP5 variant" Different materials, caliber, gas operation, trigger group, mags, housing, barrel, etc. etc. etc.

The G22: Pull the stock off one and shoot it....see if it will function....just make sure you don't have your face infront of the rear of the action when you pull the trigger. The gun needs the stock to operate, ergo: Not prohib....just like the Tavor.

Sheeeze.......

Never call if you want to do things right. Any one can say anything during a phone conversation. Send them a letter then follow up by fax. If nothing turns up, keep sending the faxes until some one writes back. If they call and tell you that things are in progress tell them to put it in writing and take notes of that conversation. Take down names, date, time and answrs. Make conversations very brief. Questions should be directed by mail.

Keep them responsible for every thing including lengthy processes and ignored correspondence. Under the freedom of information act they have to get back to you within a stipulated time period. They can not leave things pending.
