what 1911's are available in .380 Auto?

Sig 1911 = Prohib you won't get one up here without rebarreling. Colt made the mustang, but like most of them it is also prohib and very hard to come by, they sell almost instantly when they come up. Even reloading, .380 is almost the same price as 9mm with fewer projectile options, and not many places carry the projectiles. I love the caliber, but I have 12/6 and way more options firearm wise

I looked, and there are some out there, Rock Island for one, but they are under 4" barrel. I looked at a browning a while back at a local store, and it is as nice as they get. Beautiful in every aspect.

Love all things 1911. This is my Llama, but only in 32acp. Not technically a 1911, but operates the same. One of my favorite pistols, just because it fits my hand like a glove, like a 1911 should.

Kimber makes one.
But it's too short to be legal here.

This is one of the only other restricted length 380 but pretty rare and expensive when they come up. Most other interesting ones (Walthers, Mauers, Sig P230/2 etc) are prohibs.

I love the Browning 1911's with the 80% frame. I've got small hands, so it fits perfectly!

on the flip side, I guess i could also do reduced loads on 9mm and continue to use my SAM SS Commander. I really like that pistol.

Beautiful. Another one for my want list. My dad had a similar one in 32ACP, that was in another country though.
