What 44 Mag do you use...

What 44 Mag do you use for long range sessions? I use my 7 1/2" Ruger SBH. Why? It soaks up recoil during long range sessions. Regards, Richard

I thought you meant Long -------------------------------------- Range.
Having read it closer then I would have to say this one, but with rubber grips.

But for reduced recoil I think I would use my Desert Eagle.

This one is probably one of my best long range handguns. Only one problem, it is a .41 mag not a .44

Nothing wrong with a .41 Magnum...

In fact when I got my Model 57 & started to shoot it, I immediately sold my Model 29...

So, on the thread question "What .44 Mag do you use?" .... none...

i like this one, (7-1/2") but my 5-1/2" SBH does well too....

I like my Anaconda (6 incher). I used to have a Redhawk with 5.5" barrel and I hated shooting it so let it go. The Anaconda I can shoot all day even with the heavies. I also have a 5" 629 that gets carried more than shot. It's a bit of a beast with the heavy loads but fine to shoot with light or mild loads.
