I owned a Ruger PCC 9 and it was pretty much bullet proof with almost zero FTF or other issues. Only complaint was the weight of it. I have owned a Sub2000 which was light to pack and quite reliable but found it was uncomfortable to shoot.

I would say the non restricted B&T APC 9 would be on the top of the list is you can stomach the price.

Amend2 mags and magpul mags are pretty easy to get from irunguns.ca and they are pretty reasonably priced as well

What mags does it use ?

I think they use the Colt AR-15 9mm style mags. ASC makes a 10 round pistol version so you would not be limited to 5 rounds. The X95 is a big chunk of change compared to the other 9mm carbines that are out there, however.
