What a great weekend

Taught a Black Badge course with JoJopinto helping out. What a great class of students, including 4 Canadian SF operators, Kory from Sun TV and some fine folks from Sheepdog.

Look forward to seeing them at matches soon!

Bringing new guys into the game is a very rewarding experience and a total blast. We had a great group at WCRA, too, from various backgrounds.

Even inexperienced competitors can still help a lot by patching targets (speeds up the whole process if the students don't have to), clearing the line, helping correct very obvious errors, setup/teardown and offering some encouragement. If you know there is a BB course at your home club or you know the instructor holding an upcoming BB course, no harm in offering to help!
