What all extensions fit on Hatsan MPA?

I have heard some Rem 870 and Benelli Nova's...? Does anyone know the official threading on them things? And what else shares that threading?

Once you block it to 5.9 3inch sells you can fit 6 2.75's and a ghost load and one in the chamber right?

Well you can have 5 shells of maximum length the gun is chambered for, so five 3 inch shells in the tube means you can fit six 2.75 shells. One in the chamber doesn't count. Nor does a ghost load. Perfectly legal!

I just got one from BadBoyBeeson and it fits nice. I made a plug for it out of 3/8" pex faucet supply tube. I cut off the part that goes into the faucet lines so that it was flush instead of cone shaped and then trimmed the tube to fit. I glued a hose washer around the supply tube to help center it in the end of the extension and then when I had the right length I glued it in place with a strong hot melt glue stick.
I didn't have any 3 inch shells but I figure 6 3 inch shells should be 1 1/2 inches longer then 6 2 3/4" shells so I trimmed it till I had one inch of extra space with 6 2 3/4" shells in the tube.

The spring BadBoy provides is rough cut and sharp at one end and has a double coil that is tapered off at the other end and the inside diameter of the spring is not the typical 3/4" or so more like 1/2 inch. The spring is also a lot shorter then the original spring which is a bit odd but perhaps the smaller I.D. gives it the extra push...... we shall see.

I just bought a tacstar tube extension for an 18.5" Remington 870 from Wholesale Sports for around $45. Just had to shorten the threads on the Hatsan tube by 3/8 and cut a 5/16 spacer from 1" id aluminum tube. The standard Hatsan cap will still work fine too.
Works and looks Great! Had to make a 1.75" plug to keep'er leagal at 5.9 rounds of 3" shells.

I don't get the paranoia about having 5+1+1... BC is not Ontario and if you're just shooting clays or whatever the CO's are pretty unlikely to even notice let alone care. I guess I should crap my pants over going in the bush with a 50 beo mag loaded to the gills with 223.
