What Ammo is Recomended for a Glock 17

I've shot 1000's of white box ammo. Mostly 147 BEB's and 124 grain BEB's. They shoot good enough for government work outta my G17C. My Sig226 shoots them ok but really likes good old dirty American Eagle 124's.

Is it just the 115's you had trouble with?

Your glock will eat anything!!

Absolutely nothing wrong with win white box. I have fired tens of thousands of rounds of this stuff in both 9 and 40. Never a problem.

Yes, the only ammo you should use is the most expensive you can possibly find... duh...

ANY FMJ or JHP will work just fine. Try not to run lead bullets thru it, that's all.

The type of rifling does get gummed with lead as mentioned already. If you are set on shooting lead buy a spare barrel with conventional rifling. There are some available from dealers here on Gunnutz.
