What animals do you, or would you eat?

Beaver is the best meat I ever ate, then again mother in law could cook anything and it was great

You ate your mother in law's beaver? Did your wife enjoy that? ;)

I would eat pretty much anything except monkeys, rats, and mice.

Never had the big cats. where can one get some of the meat?

Even though i have tryed at least most of the common ones and enjoy them on a regular basis i have tryed snake and gator its all good but I tend to stay away from things that eat meat .......Wolves, foxes those things

I've had a lot of the "not so common" meats. Living up North gives you that chance. I can add to the list frogs, gators, garden snakes. All has been delicious in it's own way and some where delicious only due to the level of hunger.

I've had deer, moose, elk, caribou, bear, blue grouse, ruffed grouse, sharp tail grouse, spruce grouse, bobwhite quail, woodcock, pheasant, geese(Canada, Snow, Specklebellies), ducks(just about every species including hooded mergansers but not the big common mergs), beaver and even Muskox. I would never even think of eating a muskrat and/or any predators like Lynx, Cougar etc. I only tried the bear to say I tried it and after a couple different taste tests of different bear recipes all I can say is I'd rather leave them as they are in the bush, they are a vile tasting creature!!

I went to work in Florida some years back, and had every intention to eat an opossum..Seen it for years on TV, and old movies where they were eating opossum, and thought, why not? THEN I see one in real life....No way, no how would I eat that...I have had groundhog, aligator, turtle, snake, among many other critters, but never opossum...
