what are my options?

so i have a mossberg 715 flattop and had to send the magazines away to be replaced with 10 round mags ok fine so be it, i mailed them to the company mossberg directed to send them to in march of this year its now july and i still havent recieved my replacement mags have contacted the company numerous times seem to get a diffrent story each time apparently they have not had any mags come in to ship out yet then was told 1-2 wks they now no longer reply to my emails which i have never been out of line or abusive with i have even emailed mossberg and complained and received no reply ive pretty much given up on ever seeing the replacement mags or is there another option? with this company listed as their canadian customer service rep i doubt i will ever buy another mossberg firearm again
 
There are more than one moss berg rep in Canada. Give moss berg a phone call. Your other option is to buy a couple of mags while you wait.
 
that's the store in mount forest? call them (or better yet go in person if it's not too far). i found they somewhat suck with email. I have been there a few times, and think they are good people. i'm sure it's not personal. more a not computer people situation.

any chance at demanding a refund from mossberg to get your money back? tell them, you didn't sign up for a 10 rnd mag limit, and that's specifically why you bought it. then get whatever you like as a replacement for the 22
 
i have phoned the store on several occasions all they will say is they still dont have the mags in stock, ive even requested that they ship me my 25 round mags back so i can deal with the other supplier . still have not gotten a response from mossberg from both emails and phone calls
