What are my savage 24s worth?

Folks:

I have two savage 24s.

A P model 22 lr/20 gauge. Wood stock. Tang break.

An F model 30/30 ovr 20 gauge. Synthetic stock. Tang break.

Both are in very good to excellent condition.

What are they worth?

Opinions can't hurt me so give it your best estimates.

If I were shopping, I would think I was doing very well to find one for as low as $400. I gave $500 for my F (.223/12ga., synthetic, v.good condition) and don't feel I did too badly.

It seems as they go for around $400. It depends on the quality. Some of the stocks were made of birch. I don't care for the finish on their birch stocks.
