They are indeed Chinese 7.62 x 39mm tracer rounds.

No. It's kind of chickensh*t to delete information that might have helped some one else out, and sometimes it even helps prevent the exact same question from being asked here again. And again. And again.

Only for ads in the EE.
Once you have bought or sold, you change the title to DELETE, then the EE mods delete the thread entirely.

Anyway, no worries, I think we figured out what you asked from the answers.
ok sorry about that. my mistake. my question basicly was just asking what the "color codes" are for on the tips of mil surp ammunition. i came across a few boxes with like a semi-transparent/metalic green paint on the tip and it turns out they are chinese 7.62x39mm tracers.

Projectiles with tracer elements in the base don't cause any wear on a weapon that a straight ball round would.
The element doesn't ignite inside the barrel but an approximate distance from leaving the barrels.
