I am a gun owner and I am thinking about to sell one of my handgun through EE. But I am not familiar with the procedure. I know how to post a sell in EE but after someone commit to buy it what should I do? For instance, what government dept should I call? Do I need an ATT to bring the handgun to the postal offices? Is it me or the buyer to register the gun? If I am the one to help the buyer to register the gun how should I do it? Any info I need to obtain from the buyer in order to register it? Please give me all the steps (web site or phone number) in order to complete the transaction. Thanks everyone.

- You get the money, buyer's full name and RPAL#, shipping address;
- you call CFC @ 1-800-731-4000 to initiate transfer, with reg cert#, make, model, your RPAL#, buyer's info;
- you give reference # to buyer;
- he/she calls CFC to complete transfer with reference #;
- you keep calling CFC to confirm transfer is completed;
- you get STATT to post office by calling CFC and asking to transfer you to your CFO or calling CFO directly by extension#;
- you ship the gun with insurance and sig requirements.
