What Are The Top Ten Center-Fire Handguns Owned BY Shooters In Canada?

What in your opinion are the top ten center-fire autoloaders and revolvers that Canadian shooters own, in terms of GENERAL popularity and actual numbers?

Not the top ten Glocks, or the top ten polymer handguns, or the top ten semi-automatic pistols, or the top ten double action or single action revolvers.

Not the top ten handguns that you rate the best, or that you own, or that you want to own.

Just an impartial assessment of what's generally out there, and in actual use for shooting, in your opinion.

For the purposes of this discussion, let's NOT include 12-6 prohibited handguns, antiques, or collector-only handguns like Lugers and such.

Also, what barrel lengths do think are the most commonly encountered?

If you prefer, you can have two top ten lists. One for revolvers and one for semi-automatic pistols.

While I am not trying to steer or influence what appears to be a pretty honest assessment so far, there must be a bunch of these as well out there.

Norinco - Pick your poison. Everything from 1911 to Sig to CZ to FEG to TT33 to Colt clones. That's just handguns.

Throw in a Tokarev, Browning HiPower/ clones and all the Norinco clones, Ruger SR9.

Ghostie, the Ruger Mk.III, Browning and GSG are not centerfires although I concur, they are very common as they should be!

Pretty much nailed it.

I could add S&W revolvers specifically and Tokarevs. Change CZ 75 Shadow to CZ 75/85 and clones and that'd pretty much be every pistol I've seen on my range trips.
