Might be a good place to start

*not being smart about it*

Great thanks guys , the bores look really good from what i can see but with the light i got i cant see the full length .. Whats the best way to inspect the full bore ?

One easy/cheap method I have heard about and tried is drop a loose fitting ball bearing down the barrel and then shine a flash light. The reflection off of the bearing will allow you to see more.
Some rig a small flashlight on a string and drop it down the bore.

If you check out the E&E here on Black Powder and Antiques you will see that they start about $200 and some are in the $350-$400 range.
Due to the inline influence and the relative cheapness of the inlines($250 for a whole set up) and the relatively ease of cleaning, these old style side hammers have lost popularity.
The guys that are asking $200 are selling fairly well and the $300+ are usually still listed for sale.

This is probably more realistic for a price range and explanation. I have seen some that looked good on the used gun racks of stores that are in the $100 range and they sat there for quite a while. To get into the top prices, the firearms have to be made by a well known maker, or a bit of a "special" model.
