What are these?

I had these included in a purchase I made last year, actually forgot about them, but was told at the time it was for the M14. I suspect the big brass ones are for cleaning, but I have no real idea. Sincere thanks Gentlemen

If I didn't know any better, I might suspect that the large hollow parts are muzzle-end bore guides to prevent cleaning rod damage to the crown.... ???

To me they look like torch tips. They would slip over the end of the torch and tighten with the large crude screw. The flame would be intensified out the end hole. I had similar ones with slanted pointed tips that I used for soldiering. What the two little pieces do I don't know. My opinion anyways.
