Hi guys, I would appreciate some information on values of the following, by some of you who are familiar with such things.
1) Ainsley H. Fox, 12 gauge SxS.
Not a collectors specimen, as the stock has been sanded down, flattening the checkering and the odd screw doesn't look original. But in good, sound, solid shooting condition. Barrels are marked Krupp Fluid steel, made by H.I. Fox, Philidelphia. Patent dates are from 1902 to 1906.
Serial number is 15217.
Could get pictures, if wanted.
2) Cooey 410, Model 84. Marked, H.W Cooey Machine and Arms, Coburne, Ont.
Look hard to find a mark on the wood, which appears to be good walnut. Mint bore and virtually all the bluing intact. No checkering, or engraving on the wood. Serial #48897.
3) Cooey 410, Model 840. Pushed in "checkering," with duck. A few travel marks on butt stock, but no dings or scratches. Mint bore and nearly all the blueing.
What do yu fellows think?
