I picked up a pile of Estate shotgun shells years ago, with the intention of reloading them. As I have never reloaded shotgun before, multiple people have told me to go with something common instead.

I can't even remember what I paid for them (old, poor memory). I would like to sell them, but have no idea what 950+ hulls by Estate are worth. I don't want to get rich on these, but also don't feel right just giving them away. Could someone give me an idea on their value so I can post these on the EE?

Seems a shame to have them just sit in my basement for another 8 years.

Searched for estate, barrel, and drum as far back as 18 months. No dice.

I actually don't know what the usual hulls go for nowadays. Our local store (WSS) has had any hulls for ages. Where do people usually get hulls, online?

Yea...they're definately not in demand right now. I just dumped part of a 45 gallon drum at our range into 2 boxes. There are probably about 1000 in each one. I don't even have the stuff to reload 12 gauge. I figured it would be a prudent thing to have a supply of empties around just in case the shot shell world goes as nuts as the primer world has for us rifle/pistol shooters. I also picked up 200 primers just to have on the shelf. Good God....they want $63.99/1000 for 12 gauge primers
