What are you feeding your Yugo M48?

I have an M48 and a bunch of pulled 218 grain 8mm Swedish MG bullets to use up, but once they're gone what's a fellow to do?

Jacketed bullets are way too expensive for causal shooter like myself, and I would shoot cast, but no one seems to make 325 dia cast bullets in Canada. I don't cast bullets and probably won't for the near future (5 years min).

Has anyone tried bumping up 32-40 bullets (322 dia) up a few thou with powder coating? Are there any other tricks people are using?

I just buy Privi brass and use commercial made bullets (323). Its still cheaper then buying ready made ammo. Ive never heard of bumping up bullets with powder coating before, I would think you would get some not so good deposits in the barrel after shooting it?

In my 8 mm's I have had some success with lee mold for the 8mm. Lee Precision C324-175-1R Double Cavity Mold
I ordered from amazon.
The bullet barn or jet bullets may have something for you too.
You are correct too that powder coating will add size in many cases but if coated correctly it will stay on the bullet even if put through a resizer.

buy .323 bullets wherever and whenever you can find them cheap. Prvi makes nice basic FMJ bullets for around 45c a bullet.

Buy cheap Boxer brass wherever and whenever you can find it. I never buy it unless its cheap. Its out there and around, not like some calibers...

44 grains of 4064 seems to be a very nice, accurate and pleasant to shoot load, when put under a 198grn Prvi FMJ
