What base for Rossi Br#####h R92?

Hey,

I have a Rossi 92 in 44 mag. Gun was made by Tarsus for Br#####h. It has the factory drill and tapped holes under the rear sight.

What base do I need to mount a red dot?

Hi Nathan,

Rossi made a base for the 92, unfortunately it's a poor fit. I have one and it doesn't match the barrel's contour, and the screws are slotted head - not that good. Even if you can find an old stock or used one, I don't recommend it.

Luckily NOE makes a base, designed by Ranch Dog I believe:

I'm looking at getting one myself to replace my ill-fitting Rossi base. IF you get one, I'd love to hear how they fit.

It has been ordered and is sitting at canada post right now waiting for me to pay duty an taxes on it.
