What base is the tikka rail?

I have a scope with really nice rings that are made for the integrated tikka rail. But I want to mount my scope on a savage. I thought it was just a weaver base, but it's not.

Can I buy a base to mount this to my savage? Or do I need new rings?

I will buy your Tikka rings. They are 15mm dovetail, won't fit onto anything.
