what bipod mount to install on Vltor stock?

Looking for a bipod mount for my Vltor stock as they don't come with them...not sure what to buy?

Is the sling mount integrated with the rail for bipod mounting?

Yes it is

It has OD on either side, the stud is removable if your dont want to use it. I have one on my m14 vltor stock it is great
