I am a large volume shooter with my BR air rifles, occasionally 50 meter BR rings but mostly 100 meter BR rings.
My plan is to extend the distance to 200 or eventually 300 meters/yards in my gun club - SGC.
Also own a f-class W308 project gun, but usually shooting it 300 only because of my convenience timing.
I never had a rimfire rifle before, but I have seen some nice performers shooting around my bench.
Now I am tinkering dedicating one RF - or a air rifle for 200.
I know which PCP's capable of that distance, I would expect a high end .22 would be a better performer.
I just visited one of my local stores, have seen what they have, I saw some "custom" rifles as well.
I would prefer a heavy barrel, skeleton chassis, and if I can get one second hand that would just be a great bonus.
Target pew pew only, I don't hunt.

A friend at another club was telling me Sharon's 300 yard range is centrefire only, rimfire being limited to 200.
Yes I know, and for 200 I will need to "certify" the .22 rf. As I did couple years ago for my W308. Pretty much show a ten shot group size on rings @ 200 and 300. And I fully agree with that safety rule, no yaho's shall be allowed on long range.

There's a good-looking setup on P-2 of the EE - asking $2100. Sounds like what you may like ?
I saw one pre owned custom built at rangeview, I would take something like this but for a half of that price:

https://www.rangeviewsports.ca/product/pre-owned-custom-build-cz-457-w-mdt-acc-chassis-nikon-scope

I don't need that scope, I have my own TIER scopes for long range rings and I can dual purpose. I may go back another day for a talk when the Boss is in house.

A base model heavy barrel CZ 457, Tikka T1X, or the Bergar with 700 action footprint.

Then get a chassis... like the MDT ACC G2 or new LSS G3 if you like the metal style. But there are tons of options.

Should be able to find something used, even if you need to buy rifle and chassis separate.

Should be able to have fun at 300m and be repeatable, though wind will kick your butt!
