What buffer 15.7 iur?

Im building my first ar and got a 15.7 iur upper, just order a CC lower. What buffer do I need and spring?
I don't know much about ar's yet.
And does it matter what bcg i run? mill spec is mill spec eh? I'll prob just get the CC bcg, what are you guys using?

I ran a Spikes tactical T2 with a JP silent spring

I also got the spikes tactical buffer tube/spring from Questar for my IUR, has a tungsten material buffer weight.

As for BCG, I got a LMT FA BCG.

Stock spring with either an H or HH buffer.

I am using a standard H in mine....works perfectly fine.

CAF runs HH but you probably wont have an issue with a H1 if you're not firing in Full Auto.

This. The military MRRs and IURs and such now use H3 buffers in full-auto but that's mostly to prevent bolt bounce, which shouldn't be an issue in semi-auto.

I have more ar noob questions

I was looking at lpk's, so many to choose from. I was looking at the CMMG lpk that comes in the different color bags for newbs. Are they all the same?
I ordered a CC lower.

I used TNA's lower parts kit but w/o grip and trigger group. I used triggertech for my trigger group.
