What caliber for Muskox?

6.5 is plenty big for sure. I've used ol' faithful .303 for the big ones and as small as a .243 for the small ones. Gotta love their defense technique....go to a hill and stand in a circle. Your skill comes after you shoot, not before.
 
critters and stuff

Well finally saw my first polar bear he was mugging down a little seal tartar and was none to impressed when I came over probably did not like the big round engine out front, also saw my first pack of arctic wolves smaller than the alberta ones but its not every day you see a pack of all white wolves. We start fish hauling tomorow ice is coming off the rivers pretty quick. Shutting the genny off have a great night. Promise to post pics once I figure it out.
