What can I load with .45 Colt or .455 Webley dies?

I've read you can use .45 Colt dies to load .45 ACP, .45 Auto Rim and .455 Webley, but I've also read the same about .455 dies. Is this true? Are there any issues with loading those using .45 Colt or .455 Webley dies?

With the right shellholders or conversion most should be possible. Depending on the brand you may not have enough height to fully resize .45 Colt with Webley dies and I don't think it would size it properly. It might be a bit tight seating bullets for .455 after sizing with a Colt die. I have never tried it.

I load 45 Schofield, 45acp, 45 colt, and 455 Webley- all using Lee 455 die set.

Lee uses the exact same sizing die for 455 and 45 colt die sets. The label on the box is the only difference.

I recall reading in Nonte's book on handgun reloading that any short version of a given caliber would load the longer ones. The reverse is not true because the short version wont go into the long die far enough.
