What can your 6.5 creedmore do that my .260 can't?

Rem 700 Long Range in 7mmRem... dropped a whole $699 on the rifle from Coastal Outdoors. I don't see any stickers...?
It's weird eh how a factory LONG ACTION belted mag with tapered case and long sloping shoulder can shoot sooo good. Must blow your mind since you are sold on short action, 30 degree shoulders as being the creme of some crop you are selling lol.

I’m so tired of this back and forth. I’ll bet good money I’ve owned far more 7 mags than you. Some have been very accurate. But I can also tell the difference in recoil. And the stickers are on your targets. And, I also don’t believe that 7 mag shoots like that every time.

Oh it does. Like I said, I swapped brakes and put 3 rounds through it just to see if it changed POI from the Thruster I had on it before. Both brakes are fairly neutral so no impact on POI. It's a 7mm with 64grs of powder and a 162gr ELDM. I shoot it slow so I don't heat up the barrel. Those 3 rounds were 5 mins apart or so.
Recoil? You don't see the brake on there? It's less then a 6.5CM with that one on....with the Thruster it was closer to a 243 and I could see hits. I'll be switching back to the Thruster...just too efficient of a brake.
And you don't patch targets? Man... I wish I was that rich lol. I had 4 rifles that day, the 223 and 7mm performed as usual. The 6.5CM didn't even print 1 target worth taking a picture of. The other rifle I had out was a new to me relic in 30'06, and it shot like a hunting rifle shoots...3 into an inch and a half then stringing. I can't say too many good things about the CF2's because then people will want to buy them before I can.

It took you 15 minutes to shoot a three shot group?

So you question other peoples targets, distance, stickers etc. Put up your own. But now its not a gun for punching paper.
Nor have you killed anything with it. I see.
There is no denying that your gun is a shooter, but there is nothing that tells me it is doing anything that a 260 rem isn't. Or "a couple of dozen different cartridges"

But was it at 1000 yards is the question??? LOL

I don't own a CM, but I seem to get slightly more velocity with a 260 Rem.
To me, the increased body taper is beneficial when feeding a hunting round.
But otherwise they are pretty identical.
As for "what your CM is doing better than my 260"? I cannot see a benefit over the 260 rem in a hunting round.
Nothing new here. Except the marketing.

As I noted much earlier in the thread; with heavier bullets all of the data favors 260 and 6.5 x 55; with light bullets of the same weight, the CM will yield a higher MV.

Laughing. You are correct. But since when is waiting for a barrel to cool between shots standard practice? That is ludicrous.

Didn't you say you had 7mm Rems before Chucky? Did you shoot 5 shots a minute with it constantly? How long did the barrel last?
I have a very good factory barrel, why would I ruin it shooting fast? Just to make more noise? Nah Chucky, I got other guns better suited for that. I like shooting for accuracy, I'm not in any rush. I dragged that 12lb 7mm out to the range and put 3 rounds through it... that's it. Had 3 other rifles that saw 20-30 rounds each though.
You should see how slow we shoot at 1km...might only shoot 25-30 rounds all day, but they are all hits. Cold bore zero Chucky...that first shot is the one that counts.
