What Could Cause This?

This is on a Spartan 9mm and only happens on the last round to eject. The gun is new with about 700rnds through it. Every other round feeds and ejects fine. I'm thinking a mag issue but let me know your thoughts. I only have 2 factory 9rnd mags and it occurs with both of them. This is a minor issue for me as I'm extremely pleased with the gun, it shoots around 1 1/2" groups at 15 yds from a sandbag rest. TC
 
I would agree that it appears to be the slide pushing the empty case forward.
Since it only happens on the last round in the mag, that may be because there is not another round coming up to push it out. But even if that is correct , it should not happen.
 
Yes it is the slide that is holding the brass in place. They are reloads but I have loaded some max loads and very light loads with the same results. It's not every mag full but probably 5-8 times/100rnds that this happens. I guess it could be the brass as well as I'm using mixed range brass and I've even had primers pop out of the odd one in the magazines from recoil! TC

Does it do it with factory loads?
