if you know of a dealer that has 22lr in stock post it here. no need for drama or opinions on what caused the drought or who is price gouging. type of ammo , location , and price is all we need.
 
Reliable has American Eagle bricks for 33 or 34 bucks, I forget. They have both the solid/500 round and hp/400 round bricks.

Shipping might kill it for you but it is one of the better prices I've noticed.

I was there 10 minutes ago and it is still there....will shoot what I have.

Was at Fishing World an hour ago and they had Thunderbolts-$34.99/500, CCI Velocitors-$7.99/50, Federal HV Match-$59.99/500 and some Winchester white boxes and CCI quiets (didnt ask prices).
 
holy ####e these .22 threads annoy me lately... I think first of all I have to ask WHAT KIND of .22 ammo?!! is it for a simple bolt gun, target rifle, semi-auto or a semi-pistol or revolver? THAT will make a HUGE difference!

My apologies, My post wasn't directed towards 'you the OP', but others that have posted in your thread, and many other very similar threads in the last year. '.22 ammo' is a pretty broad blanket statement.

People can find .22 ammo in about 4 clicks from where we sit at our keyboards, by just clicking on a site sponsor site, look for 'ammo' then 'rimfire' and there you go... pay what you want to pay.

just got home from bass pro vaughan. they have tons of 22LR ammo in stock.

cabelas just restocked it seems. federal blue 525 boxes for 31.99 (limit of 2 max though :( ) cci mini mags for 9.99 and a 300 pack also for 28 bucks.

jump while you can! :)
 
Al Simmons Friday night had:
Federal bulk 525 blue box for $36.99 (half dozen boxes left on shelf)
CCI Velocitors for $74.00 for box of 500 (5 or 6 boxes)
CCI quiets ($8/100) (8 or 10 x100boxes)
1 dusty box of Remingtons from 2012

Some Eastern Bloc looking stuff in very tiny, yellow, expensive looking boxes but I didn't get a price. The federal bulks gave me a chubby and I had a hard time concentrating after that.
