What did I dig up?

A friend and I were doing some metal detecting and among the .303 7.62 and 5.56 blank casings we found I found this, it looked like brass when it came out the ground but cleaned up bright steel

It is called a LEAVERITE, Leave er right there cause she ain't worth nothing!

Yup, old style marker from and air pressure guage used for measuring tire pressures.

ha and here I though I had some awesome graduated sight part...I did find a mills bomb spoon, a dishpan button and the toe and heel plate from an ammo boot so it wasn't all lost that day
